Private flute lessons provide a supportive and encouraging environment where you can build strong fundamentals, develop confident playing habits, and grow as a musician at your own pace. Whether you are picking up the flute for the first time, returning to an instrument you played years ago, preparing for an audition, or looking to take your playing to the next level, each lesson is tailored specifically to you.
Lessons may include flute technique, tone development, breath support, posture, articulation, rhythm, music reading, repertoire, musical expression, performance skills, and effective practice strategies.
My goal is not simply to teach you how to play the notes, but to help you become a confident, independent, and expressive musician who understands how and why you are playing.

Fourteen weeks, September to December. Choose to pay in full or weekly — the lessons are the same either way. Prices in Canadian dollars.
After you enrol, Kathleen emails you within 24 hours to arrange your lesson times.
